Ward Research is seeking homeowners and residents on Oʻahu, ages 69–80, who currently live at home and whose annual household income is $100,000 or more, to participate in an important conversation about future living preferences and lifestyle choices.

Your insights will help identify what matters most when people in this stage of life think about the years ahead — including features, support, community, and daily living that may be missing from today’s market.

Focus Group Participation Terms: Spaces for our focus groups are limited and filled on a first-come, first-served basis. Each individual may participate only once. Only one member per household.
